About This Integration

Ascendesign ("we") runs a private, internal integration that connects to QuickBooks Online. We use it only to manage bookkeeping for companies we own and operate. It is not offered to the public.

Data We Access

We access accounting data in our own QuickBooks companies only: accounts, transactions, vendors, customers, and reports.

How We Use Data

We use that data only for bookkeeping, categorization, reconciliation, and reporting for those companies.

Sharing

We don't sell, rent, or share it with third parties, except service providers we need to run the integration, and only under confidentiality.

Security

Credentials and tokens are stored securely and encrypted. Access is limited to authorized people.

Revoking Access

Access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the app in QuickBooks Online. Once access is revoked, we stop using any stored tokens.
