This application is a private, internal tool built by Ascendesign. Only Ascendesign and companies under common ownership may use it, to manage their own QuickBooks Online data. It is not licensed, sold, or distributed to anyone else.
Warranty Disclaimer
The software is provided "as is," with no warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
Ascendesign is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use. Users are responsible for reviewing accounting changes made through the tool.
Revoking Access
Access may be revoked at any time by disconnecting the app in QuickBooks Online.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
